Location : Remote (Flexible Schedule)

Compensation : $2,000-$2,500 / month + On-Call Pay ($50 / day)

Employment Type : Part-Time (Up to 30 hours / week)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Administrator to support the daily operations of our home care placement agency. This role is essential in managing scheduling, client and caregiver onboarding, administrative processes, and reporting-ensuring that both clients and caregivers experience seamless, caring, and professional service.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, trustworthy, and motivated by serving others with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain systems and processes for smooth agency operations.
• Create and manage reporting and analysis within Ally MS Home Care software.
• Oversee daily scheduling and adjustments for clients and caregivers.
• Manage administrative paperwork and documentation for clients and providers.
• Assist with onboarding and off-boarding of both clients and care providers.
• Provide timely reports to clients and long-term care insurance providers.
• Review weekly time entries and service logs submitted by care providers.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent service delivery and compliance.
