CNA / HHA (FT / PT) (2 : 00 p.m. - 10 : 00 p.m. Shift) (6 : 00AM-2 : 00PM) MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY OTHER WEEKEND!

FULL AND PART TIME AVAILABILITY

Responsibilities :

• Assisting residents with daily ADL’s.
• Helping the residents to maintain good personal hygiene.
• Assisting in maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
• Providing routine individualized healthcare needs.
• Monitoring or reporting changes in health status.
• Maintaining records of patient care, condition, progress or problems to report.
• Discussing observations with leader.
• Recording vital signs monthly such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse or respiration rate.
• Must possess a NJ CNA or HHA License.
