Start something extraordinary As our Supply Chain Associate, you'll join our fast-growing F&B team, playing a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. You're curious, organized, and eager to turn data and insights into action, balancing operational execution with problem-solving across multiple teams. Sitting at the intersection of field operations and HQ, you'll play a key role in keeping our stores stocked, our supply chain running smoothly, and our customers delighted every day. This role is in-person based out of our Brooklyn, NY office and reports to the Director of Supply Chain.

Who we're looking for

• Technical Competence Strong understanding of inventory management, demand forecasting, ERP or supply chain systems, and core supply chain principles.
• Analytical Ability Comfortable working with data and metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and inform decisions.
• Ownership & Accountability Takes initiative to solve problems, follows through on commitments, and delivers reliable results.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Works effectively with teams across operations, procurement, logistics, and other departments to achieve shared goals.
• Communication Communicates clearly and professionally, with a focus on responsiveness and accuracy.
