Be the face and voice of a vibrant, growth-minded chiropractic practice. We're looking for a Front Desk Powerhouse who thrives in a fast-paced setting, keeps plates spinning with a smile, and delivers five-star service at every touchpoint.

What You'll Do

• Own the first impression : Warmly greet patients, check them in, and set the tone for a great visit.
• Master the schedule : Answer phones, text / email professionally, book / reschedule appointments, and manage confirmations.
• Keep records pristine : Accurate data entry, document management, and basic EMR tasks.
• Support the revenue cycle : Collect payments, review balances, and handle patient financial conversations discreetly.
• Be communication central : Monitor and triage inboxes, texts, and faxes with urgency and polish.
• General admin wizardry : Light office upkeep, supply tracking, and lending a hand wherever the team needs it.
• Assist with processing new patients (patient focus).
