Inbound Phone Sales

Description and Purpose :

The Inbound Phone Sales person will assist in making the Parts Department a profitable center by focusing on providing excellent customer service using established customer sales standards.

Major Duties and Responsibilities :

Determine replacement part required by customer request or customer description of malfunction

Inform customer on substitution or modification of part when identical replacement is not available

Utilize computer or catalog to determine part stock number and price

Prepare wreck estimates and fax to customer

Keep work area neat and organized

Complete training requirements for the parts department

Attend scheduled parts meetings
