Shift : 12 Hours - 6 PM - 6 AM and 6 AM TO 6 PM

Job Schedule : PRN / Occasional

We are seeking Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our community committed to delivering outstanding care to our residents. As a CNA, you will play an important role in monitoring vital signs, fostering meaningful connections with residents, and championing their overall well-being. What you'll do :

• Ensure resident care is the best it can be by following the care plan.
• Get to know our residents by sharing stories with them while providing comfort, transportation, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living needs.
• Contribute to community harmony by providing emotional and social support to residents.
• Help residents with personal hygiene, such as providing bedpans and helping them bathe.
• Safely lift and reposition residents as necessary.
• Provide adjunct patient care as needed.
• Have an eagle eye and taking notice when resident behaviors change and letting shift leaders know.
