This position is head of HR at Häfele America Co. (Company) and leads HR initiatives to drive successful outcomes across the employee life cycle and ensure HR practices support the business objectives of the Company. This position is responsible for the managing coaching and professional development of the Hafele Human Resources team which consists of Payroll Training Recruitment and Employee Relations specialists. This position is required to develop and maintain appropriate policies legal and regulatory compliance and determine the of implementation of local benefit programs.
The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading the strategic development of the Human Resources function with a focus on ensuring local alignment with global strategies. The Sr. HR Manager acts as the bridge between Global and Local HR ensuring cultural integration and unified goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree or equivalent from four-year College or University and at least 5 years related experience and / or training; and minimum of 5 years experience management of an HR team. Experience with content production maintenance and delivery of employee development programs.
TECHNICHAL SKILLS
High level of experience with Human Resource and Payroll related software
Proficient with MS Word and Excel (Comfortable with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)
