Position Summary :
The Business Process Analyst is responsible for the critical examination, design, and implementation of new or refined business processes to improve operational efficiency and achieve business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with an organization's strategic goals.
Responsibilities :
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the business processes align with the organizational goals.
- Analyze Business Processes : Evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Process Design : Develop and design new business processes by understanding the requirements and objectives of the business.
- Documentation : Create detailed business process documentation, including process maps and flowcharts.
- Data Analysis : Collect and analyze data to support business process improvements and decision-making.
- Project Management : Manage projects related to business process changes, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Technology Integration : Work with IT teams to evaluate / implement technology solutions that support and enhance business processes.
- Training and Support : Provide training and support to users affected by new or changed business processes.
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor the performance of business processes to ensure they are delivering the desired outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement : Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
- Able to work with various teams in differnt time zone.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, data analytics or a related fieldProficient in process mapping and business process reengineering. CRM / ERP / BPM system implemnation is a plus.Experience with Hyper Automation / Robotic Process Agent / AI expert system imeplementation is a plusExperience with Data Fabric / Data analytic platform implementation is a plusFamilar with data query and analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI.Familiarity with project and team collaboration tools such as Microsoft O365.Skills Required
