Senior Tax Manager Performance Expectations

  • Overseeand manage a team of highly motivated tax accountants
  • Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clients
  • Oversee complex tax projects for a variety of clients and diverse industries
  • Meetregularly with business and community contacts to maintain a network within the local market
  • Providetimely and complete evaluations and counseling for the staff accountants
  • Be a hands on leader

Senior Tax Manager Experience / Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or Equivalent
  • Master of Science and Taxation degree(highly desirable)
  • CPACertificate
  • 5+ years of proven experience in public accounting, in a tax supervisory role
  • Must be able to lead and motivate a team of highly motivated individuals to a final goal
  • Musthave strong multi-tasking skills
  • Applicantsmust have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bi-lingual is desired
