Senior Associate, Back-End Engineer

Overview : This group is over Information Architecture and responsible for data-oriented architecture with a web application on top.

Need to be located in Pittsburgh, PA

Smita and Peeyush (Back-End Engineers x2) :

• Looking for 2 Engineers with 5-6 years of experience, hands-on, financial industry background is a plus.
• Needs strong experience in Java, J2EE, and Spring, Spring Boot
• Strong background in microservices development is required
• Needs to come from a complex data environment and handling large volumes of data and sharing data over the cloud. Snowflake would be a big plus.
• Needs to have experience in PL / SQL as well and building stored procedures to handle the SQL data models from the data source directly.
• Experience in Kafka or another distributed messaging environment would be a big plus here (they are using both Kafka and IBM MQ).
• Similar to the above, they need to have experience in containerization, Docker / Kubernetes, but not setting up environments.
• Need strong experience in testing and knowledge of CI / CD best practices to deploy their code.
• 5-6 years experience
