We're hiring a Client Strategist who is equal parts marketing operator and client leader. You'll own a portfolio of 68 accounts and be accountable for building tight operating rhythms, translating business goals into paid media roadmaps, and nurturing executive-level client relationships that drive retention and growth.

Your day-to-day
- Client Partnership & Communication :
- You are the primary point of contact and act as a trusted marketing advisor for 6-8 accounts, bringing clarity, confidence, and solutions to every interaction.
- You lead client meetings end-to-end, circulating agendas in advance, capturing decisions, and closing the loop quickly.
- You build durable relationships through proactive check-ins, succinct written updates, and a steady focus on outcomes.
- Strategy & Planning :
- You take the time to deeply understand each client's business model, goals, and challenges, ensuring that our strategies align with their overarching objectives.
- You co-own strategic planning with the Associate Media Director and media leads by prioritizing initiatives, sequencing the roadmap, and aligning scope and timing across teams.
- You maintain a testing and innovation agenda, partnering with media leads on hypotheses and rollout decisions, and you document outcomes with clear next steps.
- Project & Process Management :
- You own ClickUp and status artifacts (including Slack and status sheets) to keep deliverables visible, owners accountable, and timelines on track.
- You manage priorities proactively, maintain the backlog, and run clean timelines so work ships on time and to spec.
- You monitor budgets and pacing, manage risks and changes early, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Reporting & Performance Storytelling :
- You lead weekly and monthly reporting and you tell a clear story about what happened, why it happened, and what we will do next.
- You maintain reporting hygiene and readability, ensuring data integrity and clear recommendations tied to business impact.
- Pod Leadership + Collaboration :
- You guide internal teams, including media and search strategists, to ensure alignment on strategy, execution, and performance goals.
- You create fast feedback loops (including brainstorms, weekly syncs, and creative reviews) to drive progress.
- You ensure cross-functional teams work efficiently together and balance day-to-day execution with big-picture strategy.
How you win
Client health : You retain and grow your clients by hitting retention targets, surfacing risks with potential solutions, and earning trust with client executives through prompt response times, strong executive presence, and clear next steps after every weekly meeting and monthly report.Performance : You ensure your pod delivers on every KPI goal (revenue, MER / ROAS, CAC / LTV, etc) within guardrails while running a documented test program that accelerates learning and measurable lift.Execution : You run a reliable operating rhythm and ship agendas, recaps, and emails on time with strong data hygiene.Quality of strategy : You communicate with crisp narratives that connect inputs, outputs, and business impact, provide 13 prioritized actions, and close the loop to secure decisions quickly.What's it like here
