This full-time position offers hands-on work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for travel, certifications, and consistent weekly pay. Key Responsibilities- Operate mobile cranes on a variety of project types including residential, commercial, and industrial sites.- Perform pre-operation inspections and ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.- Safely rig, lift, and move materials or equipment to designated locations.- Follow load charts and lift plans with strict adherence to safety procedures and site protocols.- Work collaboratively with signal persons, riggers, and project teams.- Transport crane equipment to and from job sites (requires Class A CDL).- Maintain daily crane operation logs and submit required documentation.- Assist in setting up and breaking down crane equipment and rigging gear as needed.- Follow all OSHA and company safety requirements at all times. Qualifications- NCCO Crane Operator certification required.- Class A CDL required- Clean driving record.- Minimum 5 preferred years of crane operation or heavy rigging experience preferred.- Forklift and rigging certification or experience are highly desirable.- High school diploma or GED preferred.- Strong communication skills-able to speak, read, and write English fluently.- Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and independently complete tasks.- Willingness to complete company-paid CPR and forklift certification training.- Must be able to pass random drug tests.- Must wear company-provided uniform daily. Physical Requirements- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment throughout the workday.- Must be comfortable working outdoors and in varied conditions.- Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
