Recruiting And Marketing
We are looking for a Recruiting, Marketing, and Operations Lead for our Division. This position will lead our Sales and Management Trainee recruiting efforts across profit centers. This job will include but is not limited to finding and attending career fairs, posting jobs on applicable job boards, screening potential candidates, setting up testing, in-person interviews and moving candidates through the pre-hire process, online job marketing, CED operational leadership. This position will also be heavily involved in the onboarding process of new employees. This position will also be responsible for our marketing activities including our social media presence across all platforms, working with our vendors and installers to set up trainings, and working with vendors and their marketing teams. In addition to these responsibilities, this position will help with a variety of events and company functions.

Compensation Range : The compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 annually.
