This position can be filled in Dayton or remotely. This new position, reporting to the Director of Contracts for the Air and Space Technology Sector (AST), involves a combination of contracts administration and estimating / pricing in support of one of the company's business sectors. The AST Sector is based in Dayton, Ohio. Depending on the successful candidate, this position can be filled in Dayton or remotely.

Essential Job Functions :

• Conducts the preparation, negotiation, and management of government contracts in accordance with company policies, federal procurement regulations and statutes, and customer requirements.
• Drafts and reviews contractual documents as appropriate.
• Advises management of company and third party contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions.
• Reviews government and prime contractor solicitations, develops estimating / pricing using company templates where appropriate, and works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in refining the estimating / pricing proposal to the point of submission to the customer and thereafter as appropriate.
• Provides oversight and monitoring of contracts, assists in key negotiations, resolves performance issues, identifies risks and associated mitigations, supports development of major proposals, ensures compliance with company policies, procedures as well as government and contract requirements.
• Provides cradle-to-grave contract administration support for Government contracts of various contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M).
• Negotiates Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements.

The candidate will frequently interact - written, oral, and face-to-face - with other contracts and procurement staff, functional peers, management and external and internal customers. Regularly interact with programs, contracts, project control, finance, business development and with customers as required.
