Orthopedics Physician

We are seeking an Orthopaedist to join our practice as a hospital employee. This person should : -Be a new grad or someone with less than 5 years experience -Be someone willing to do general orthopedics -Fellowship trained is fine as long as this person is willing to do the majority of his practice in general ortho -Fellowships in joint reconstruction, sports would fit well. Trauma fellowship, hand fellowship or foot and ankle fellowship wouldn?t be a fit -Be willing to take call 1 : 3 -Be willing to work with other doctors, assist in joint cases Hospital will employ this individual and offer a median level salary based on data from MGMA. After initial year or so period, doctor will be on base salary and productivity model with bonus based on wRVU exceeding median level annually.
