job_description.job_card.job_descriptionTravel to residential job sites using a company-provided service vehicle Perform complete install on whole-home standby generators Troubleshoot and service mechanical and electrical components, including ATS systems Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals Clearly communicate with customers regarding services performed and any recommendations Accurately document all work in our service management software Follow safety protocols and industry best practices when working around electricity Support emergency service calls during weather-related outages or storms, as needed 1+ years of experience in generator electrical work Strong customer service and verbal communication skills Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals Comfortable working in the field with minimal supervision High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Physically able to perform job duties, including climbing ladders, lifting equipment, and working in outdoor environments Familiarity with residential generator systems and ATS technology is a plus Job Type : Full-time Compensation : Based on experience and skill level Travel : Local / regional using a company-provided vehicle Industry-leading training and support Competitive pay and advancement opportunities Company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment Be part of a growing team making a real impact in energy reliability and security
