Handyman - Maintenance Technician

  • ? Location : Dallas, TX
  • ? Pay : $28–$30 per hour (Based on Experience)
  • ? Long-Term Opportunity
  • ? Hours : 40–50 per week | Monday–Friday | Some Occasional Saturdays if Needed | Available for Emergency Calls

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Handyman - Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dallas, TX .

This position offers steady hours , competitive pay , and work in a commercial and residential environment .

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems ( required )
  • Assist with plumbing, welding, carpentry, and general facility repairs as needed
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
  • Support operations teams with technical expertise
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company standards

    • Requirements

  • Strong electrical maintenance experience ( required )
  • Commercial and / or residential maintenance background preferred
  • Experience in plumbing, welding, masonry, or carpentry is a plus

    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
  • Must have reliable commercial-grade transportation (pickup truck or transit van)

    • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

    Must pass a background check
