THE BUSINESS UNIT

Work directly with end-user customers to support the installation and integration of complex, multi-domain building infrastructure projects that can support vertical-specific challenges as well as energy improvement projects and smart city optimization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to closure.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Regularly communicate progress and proactively manage risk.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Extensive experience in Procurement and Project Management (Minimum 6 years).
  • Prior experience in a principal or senior project management role; Proven track record of successfully creating, leading & managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills. Able to work with, communicate, and present to senior leaders.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Skilled at managing conflicts

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Project Management or a related field.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions; adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate at executive level & summarize complex topics efficiently.
