Scope of Service : The Nurse's primary function is to provide assessments, consultation, education and coordination of medical care to all clients of Continuum's residential programs. The Nurse's role is also to employ strategies to promote education and in service training to staff on any and all medical issues pertaining to client needs. We also ask that the Nurse be available strictly for consultation and in-service training to other programs as needed within the Residential Services Divisions.

Qualifications :

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with professional CT license.
• Prior experience working with special populations, including mental health,

developmental / intellectual disabilities, homelessness, substance use, and

veterans preferred.
