Traveling Senior Superintendent

We have a Senior Superintendent opportunity for you.  Gpac has partnered with a general contractors looking to add a Senior Superintedent to their team.  What comes with this opportunity is wide open responsibility to run your team, direct impact with clientele, a variety of project sizes and locations and an unmatched performance-based bonus program!

The first project in is Indianapolis .  It is a multi-use tower (20+ stories) and valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.  This multi-use building will include hotel, retail, condos and parking.

Senior Superintendent Requirements :

• Previous experience as a Superintendent
• Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to run the site efficiently and effectively
• Enforce Project-Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, equipment, manpower, contract admin, etc.
