A company is looking for a Business Control Manager. Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to conduct walkthroughs and create process maps for risk and control identification Collaborate with risk owners to develop robust controls and assist in enhancing control frameworks Manage issues and ensure timely completion of corrective action plans to address control gaps Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 8+ years of relevant experience in developing / managing risks and controls Experience in the banking and / or fintech industry Proficient in mapping complex processes and identifying risks Strong knowledge of banking products, processes, and regulations
