Play a key role in supporting customers and service technicians in identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct parts and accessories for motorcycles, atv utv and other power sports vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Assist retail customers, service technicians, and sales staff in identifying and locating parts and accessories.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and up sell related products to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Accurately process parts orders, returns and warranty claims.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments.
• Maintain organized and efficient parts storage, labeling, and inventory control.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate with management about reordering needs.
• Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability for scheduled repairs.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and customer-friendly parts counter and display area.
