Valet Parking Lead

The Valet Parking Lead will serve as the lead on-site contact for the valet parking ambassadors and the client. Reporting to the Manager of Parking & Transportation, this position will perform the day-to-day valet parking for operations located at Centennial Yards.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.00-$18.50 and is tip eligible.

This position will remain open until December 31, 2025.

Responsibilities

Customer Service :

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Assist with opening vehicle doors, handling luggage, and directing guests as needed.
• Answer guest inquiries about the facility, nearby attractions, or services.

Qualifications

Education : High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience : 1-2 years of previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or valet services as a supervisor a plus.

Skills and Abilities :

Licenses / Certifications : Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Demands : Frequent standing, walking, and running; lifting luggage up to 50 lbs.

Conditions : Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and potential vehicle exhaust.
