Description :

• To provider consultation, diagnosis and treatment of related medical conditions, under supervision of the physicians in the practice
• Examines 08 / GYN patients, takes medical history, records results, and makes preliminary diagnosis or decides on follow-up procedures.
• Administers or orders diagnostic tests, blood work, and interprets test results.
• Performs GYN procedures such as IUD insertion and removal, Nexplanon insertion and removal, colposcopy, etc.
• Exercises professional judgment regarding consultation with physicians and colleges concerning appropriate treatment.
• Develops and implements patient care plans, instructs and counsels patients, and
• records progress.
• Prescribes medications to the extent allowable by state guidelines and clinic regulations.
• Participates in staff meetings, planning meetings and other meetings as needed.
• Exporting data for OB patients to make sure all entries are properly documented.
• Maintains accuracy, completeness and timeliness with medical charts. All medical charts must be closed within 48 hours of the encounter in order to ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provider goals : sees up to twenty-two (22) patients per day subject to clinic goals.
• Professional Requirements

• Maintain regulatory requirements, including all state, federal and local regulations.

Pay Scale / Ranges :

$52.00-$134.00 / hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).
