Key Responsibilities

• Lead Complex Cloud Program Delivery
• Own and drive delivery for cloud products and services from initiation through launch, ensuring outcomes meet business goals, schedules, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage multiple concurrent delivery streams across cross-functional teams in a hybrid or multi-cloud environment.
• Strategic Roadmapping & Execution
• Build and maintain detailed delivery plans, identifying scope, dependencies, risks, and sequencing across cloud and platform teams.

Ensure delivery approaches support performance, security, compliance, and operational resilience.

Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement

Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks to maintain delivery momentum.

Ensure delivery approaches support performance, security, compliance, and operational resilience. Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement Serve as the senior delivery interface for business stakeholders, technology leaders, and partner teams. Provide executive-level status reporting, risk visibility, decision alignment, and delivery transparency. Team Leadership & Collaboration Align geographically distributed engineering and product teams around a unified delivery plan. Champion a culture of accountability, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement across teams. Cloud Delivery & Engineering Enablement Leverage strong knowledge of cloud architecture, DevOps practices, CI / CD, and automation to guide delivery teams. Ensure teams adopt cloud-native capabilities and modern engineering practices to accelerate safe, repeatable deployments. Risk, Compliance & Governance Ensure delivery execution adheres to enterprise security, risk controls, and regulatory standards—particularly within financial services. Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks to maintain delivery momentum. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of technology delivery leadership, with a focus on complex cloud or platform transformation programs. Proven success delivering large-scale, multi-workstream initiatives across Azure, AWS, or GCP environments; Azure expertise strongly preferred. Experience operating in or supporting regulated industries, ideally financial services, with a strong understanding of compliance, security, and governance needs. Demonstrated ability to influence engineering, product, architecture, and operations teams toward shared delivery outcomes. Strong knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery frameworks, with the ability to tailor delivery governance for program needs.
