• Is on-call required :  Yes Infection Preventionist rotate covering call for after hours and weekends
• Special requirements : Infection Preventionist must have CIC (CBIC certification in infection control)
• Type of Facility : Short Term Acute Care / Level II Trauma Center / Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
• Charting : Epic
