A company is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to ensure smooth operations across their property portfolio. Key Responsibilities Triage and assess incoming maintenance issues for Single Family Rental assets Serve as a liaison between residents, the internal Resident Services Team, and vendors Source, schedule, and dispatch vendors while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in property management or maintenance coordination Familiarity with maintenance operations within property management focused on Single Family Rentals Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends Bachelor's degree preferred Physical capability to perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and working in varied environmental conditions
