Position Summary

The Director of Finance and IT will drive operational excellence, manage resources, and lead teams to support V3 Sports’ goals.

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to the Executive Director and collaborates with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Finance and Compliance (75%) : Manage financial reports, analytics, budgets, and oversee assets and compliance.
• Organizational Leadership (20%) : Lead finance and IT departments, participate in strategic planning, and manage vendors.
• Other Duties (5%) : Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Salary Range

$125,000 - $135,000, with a commitment to equity and pay parity.
