Manufacturing Engineer III

A global aerospace company in Everett, WA is currently hiring for a Manufacturing Engineer III.

This is a full-time, onsite contract opportunity located at Boeing's Everett facility. Candidates must reside in or relocate to the Everett area at their own expense. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing engineering, with a strong emphasis on producibility and CAD tools.

Pay $55.00$60.00 / hr (Depending on experience, tenure, software proficiency, and relevant job titles)

Location Everett, WA (Onsite at 3003 West Casino Road, Building 40-32)

Schedule Standard Monday Friday (First shift, full-time, with potential for overtime)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of manufacturing plans aligned with program architecture and build strategy.
  • Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturing process capability meets design intent.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on layout and drawing accuracy.
  • Utilize CATIA and ENOVIA to create and manage 2D drawings and digital models.
  • Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Apply lean principles and advanced manufacturing technologies to optimize production readiness.
  • Support program start-up activities including tooling strategy, IVT, and specification alignment.

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education.
  • 5+ years of aerospace manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Deep expertise in producibility (non-negotiable).
  • Proficiency in CATIA, ENOVIA, and 2D drawing creation.
  • Experience with IVT, Boeing specifications, and early-phase development programs.
  • Disqualifiers

  • Job-hoppy tenure or inconsistent work history.
  • No experience with CATIA or ENOVIA.
  • Less than 5 years of aerospace manufacturing engineering experience.
  • No experience in producibility or design review participation.
