Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Compliance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and coordinate a multi-country Data Center Audit & Consolidation

Program . This role requires a strong blend of project management expertise, audit / compliance knowledge, and operational governance capabilities.

The selected candidate will manage end-to-end audit activities, documentation, stakeholder reporting, cross-functional alignment, and program governance under a fixed-bid operating model .

The ideal professional will have proven experience working within complex data center environments, regulatory frameworks, and enterprise-level technology audits, with the ability to guide distributed teams and deliver within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Data Center Audit & Consolidation Program across multiple countries.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, tracking, and governance activities in alignment with PMO standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring audit activities and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Own and manage all regulatory, operational, and compliance documentation , ensuring alignment with audit frameworks.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and risk / issue escalation.
• Ensure end-to-end adherence to audit, compliance, and security standards within data center operations.
• Manage fixed-bid scope, timelines, resources, and budget alignment.
• Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
• Support audit readiness, evidence collection, validation, and closure of findings.

Required Skills & Experience

PMP, CISA, CISSP, or ISO certifications are a strong plus.
