We’re currently seeking Senior Maintenance Technicians to join our high-performing Turn and Work Order Teams. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about delivering high-quality living spaces to our residents.

Position Summary

As a Senior Technician , you will be  performing routine maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs on occupied and vacant homes. Your role ensures that all units meet our quality standards, minimizing vacancy time and maximizing resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

General Maintenance

Preventative Maintenance & Inspections

Record all work accurately in company software systems.

Leadership & Innovation

Contribute ideas for efficiency and innovation in property upkeep.

Team Collaboration

Be available for scheduled on-call rotations (typically 1 week per month).

Qualifications

Experience : 5+ years in property maintenance, apartment turnovers, or a related field.

Skills :

Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.

Requirements :

Comfortable working in confined spaces and outdoor conditions year-round.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay : $25.00 / hr+ (based on experience and skill set)
