Salary : Starting at $75,000+ (Based on Experience and Certification)

About The Role

We're seeking a Senior Designer or Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) with a passion for civil site design. You'll work alongside a collaborative team to deliver innovative solutions across commercial, industrial, retail, multi-family, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop civil engineering projects (roadway and utility improvements)
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
  • Prepare detailed engineering plans, specs, and cost estimates
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide technical guidance to junior staff
  • Perform stormwater management reporting and calculations
  • Utilize Civil 3D for design and drafting

Project Focus Areas :

  • Master planning
  • Commercial and industrial developments
  • Multi-family and retail sites
  • Drainage and roadway infrastructure
  • Primarily private-sector projects

    • Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in civil / site design (4+ preferred)
  • Proficient in Civil 3D and Microsoft Office
  • E.I.T. Certification preferred (not required)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
