1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don't accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access by making it easy for therapists to accept insurance and scale their practice.

Since then, we've grown into a diverse, national network of over 60,000 mental healthcare providers across all 50 states who run their practice on our software and have served over 1 million patients. Headway's Talent team is hiring a Contract Sourcer to help us find and engage exceptional technology talent for our fast-growing teams. In this role, you'll lean on trusted sourcing techniques and creative strategies to uncover talent beyond the obvious channels. You'll know how to navigate niche communities, leverage referrals, and craft compelling outreach that stands out in crowded inboxes. You'll also partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate profiles and ensure a seamless candidate experience from the very first interaction. This role is mission-critical as we build the team that will power Headway's next stage of growth.

You will :

• Source top talent for technical roles (Product, Design, Engineering) using both proven methods and creative approaches to engage hard-to-reach candidates.
• Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Greenhouse while also tapping into talent communities, competitor mapping, referrals, and other advanced sourcing channels.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies, share market insights, and build diverse, high-quality pipelines.
• Conduct initial screens to assess talent and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
