Start Date : ASAP Scheduled details : 8hr Days; Monday-Friday 0830-1700 Experience Required : 1-2 years related experience, Ability to read technical documentation, Ability to write technical documentation, Prior experience in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role o Associate's Degree in Computer systems, a related field OR 1 : 1 equivalent experience o Experience working in a customer service role o Experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrading of computer equipment is preferred. Experience Preferred : IT Support in Healthcare, Experience with Windows 10 & 11 Preferred License / Certification : MD 100 and 101 or newer, CompTIA A+
