    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Vice President, Managed Care to join its team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned negotiator and relationship builder, responsible for directing staff operations, overseeing managed care contracting initiatives with commercial and governmental payers, and ensuring the financial performance and compliance of these contracts. This leadership role also involves strategic planning for regional network development, patient acquisition, and the execution of third-party payer negotiations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managed care, network development, and a deep understanding of hospital operations, health and insurance benefit plans, and complex reimbursement methodologies. Candidates for the Vice President, Managed Care position at the company must have a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of leadership experience in a related field. A passion for quality healthcare and a commitment to delivering outstanding healthcare services are essential. The role offers the opportunity to enhance the company's contracts, advance its capabilities, and contribute to the success of clinical care models. The VP, MC will be a key player in the organization's mission to provide high-quality, accessible healthcare to a large and diverse population.
