Salary Range : $93000 - $140000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost efficiency and delivery performance.
  • Manage all aspects of procurement including supplier selection contract negotiation and relationship management.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Operations Management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory management demand planning and procurement best practices.

    • Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software (e.g. SAP APO Kinaxis O9 Solutions)
  • Proven experience in ERP system implementation or significant module optimization (e.g. SAP SCM Oracle SCM)
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
