Salesforce Administrator – Hybrid (Washington State Residents Only)
Location : Hybrid (must reside in the state of Washington)
Work Authorization : US Citizens and Green Card holders only
About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to provide advanced administrative and management support for our Client Salesforce Financial Cloud and Field Service platforms. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep knowledge of Salesforce to optimize system capabilities, drive business objectives, and support stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and manage advanced Salesforce configuration changes (Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, apps, actions, dashboards, reports, and mobile administration).
- Oversee user and license management, including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, and organization-wide sharing rules.
- Perform complex administration tasks such as SSO, information security, data privacy, object customization, automation, and advanced reporting.
- Engage stakeholders in product visioning, prioritization, and requirements gathering to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Identify opportunities for improvement by recognizing underutilized platform features.
- Enhance and maintain Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation where necessary.
- Conduct proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, health checks, and optimizations.
- Provide ongoing user support, encourage user adoption, and deliver training as needed.
- Develop technical documentation to support system changes and enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience with at least 2 years of Salesforce Field ServicePreferred Qualifications :
Certified Salesforce AdministratorExperience with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologiesIndustry certifications such as PMP, Lean, or Six SigmaKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform administration, including expertise in the Field Services moduleStrong data management and analysis skillsAbility to translate technical concepts for business audiences and effectively communicate design optionsExperience working in Agile and DevOps release management environmentsStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsAbility to navigate competing priorities and adapt to changing tasks and requirementsCollaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamPreferred : understanding of Salesforce triggers, Apex, or API integrationsIf you are passionate about leveraging Salesforce to drive business value and thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment, we’d love to connect with you.
