Industrial Technician III (Colonial Heights)

Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in preventative maintenance and troubleshooting across electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems. This role ensures optimal performance of equipment and supports quality assurance standards in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is also a 3rd shift role, hours are 11 : 00 - 7 : 30Am which includes a $2 shift differential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and uphold quality assurance standards for all equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics; execute soldering and wiring tasks, including component-level electronics repairs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot power distribution systems and generator equipment.
• Service and repair hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
• Conduct testing and evaluation of equipment performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in robotics and automation systems, ensuring smooth operation.
• Troubleshoot and program PLC systems (Programmable Logic Controllers), including ladder logic and related controls.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial setting 480v 420v
