Position Summary

Responsible for conducting structured interviews with patients or family members in order to obtain information required to assist patient with their financial liability to include possible assistance with the County Indigent Program and / or MMC’s Community Benefits Program. Responsible for securing payments and / or arrangements on patient financial liability. Responds to all inquiries from patient’s and / or guarantors regarding their account balances and / or estimates.

Certification or completion courses must meet the standards of Memorial Medical Center.
