• Call : Beeper, 1 : 6 ratio, 20 Äì30 min response time
• EMR : Epic Requirements
• Board Certified or Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Fellowship trained (will consider fellows within 1 year of residency)
• ACLS and BLS required
• Active California license preferred; will consider unlicensed candidates with strong ties to California / Orange County
• Credentialing : 90 days (no temporary privileges) Support Staff
• 2 Medical Assistants
• 3.5 APPs
• 5 office staff Clinical Skills
• Required : - Upper GI endoscopy (biopsy, foreign body removal, cautery / laser, varices injection) - PEG placement - Esophageal dilation / manometry - Small bowel biopsy - Sigmoidoscopy (flexible; rigid preferred) - Colonoscopy (biopsy, polypectomy) - Sengstaken / Blakemore tube management
• Preferred : - ERCP (diagnostic and therapeutic) - Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) Äì not expected in this role Community Details
