Kickstart your sales career with one of the nation’s top telecom providers! We’re looking for an& Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our T-Mobile for Business team . This is a business-to-business (B2B), face-to-face sales role where you’ll work directly with small and mid-sized companies to offer 5G high-speed internet, business phone plans, and connected devices .

No telecom experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training to help you learn the industry, master our sales systems, and succeed in your role.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with Base Pay + Uncapped Commission packages , offering excellent earning potential and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities :

Meet with local businesses to identify their communication needs

Present and sell T-Mobile 5G internet, phone plans, and devices

Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients

Educate customers on the benefits of T-Mobile’s business solutions

Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals

Generate leads, manage accounts, and track activity through CRM tools

Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies

Requirements :

Previous sales or retail experience preferred , but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn

Comfortable with face-to-face sales interactions

Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Reliable vehicle for daily business travel
