Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electromechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems integration, mechanical design, and product development from concept to production. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant engineering experience and at least 5+ years of advanced SolidWorks proficiency .

This position plays a key role in the innovation, design, prototyping, and production support of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards for quality, performance, and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of electromechanical systems and components for Phiston’s product line.
• Utilize SolidWorks to create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings for manufacturing.
• Perform engineering calculations, tolerance analyses, and FEA simulations to ensure product reliability and performance.
• Integrate electrical and control systems into mechanical designs, collaborating closely with electrical engineers.
• Develop prototypes and oversee testing to validate design functionality and compliance with specifications.
• Manage the design process from concept through production, including BOM creation and change control.
• Work with manufacturing teams to optimize designs for cost-effective production and assembly.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
