MBS is hiring a Facility Coordinator in Cincinnati, OH. This position is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow the agreed practices as defined in the quality management system.
  • Work within the scope of your responsibilities.
  • Check your work to verify its accuracy in meeting the objectives.
  • Know how you contribute to the achievement of the objectives.
  • Responsible for making sure that the entire building. Is kept clean and neat.
  • Supervise and direct employees performing housekeeping duties.
  • Maintain and clean all work areas in the manufacturing area including the lunch areas.
  • Keep the front of the building and parking areas clean of debris.
  • Order all cleaning supplies when needed through the Purchasing department.
  • Clean and maintain all rest rooms in the building.
  • Assist other departments on an as needed basis.
  • Drive company truck for pickups and tow truck when needed.
  • Set up for meetings and Company functions.
  • Maintain all scrap containers in the plant.
  • Other functions as directed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education and / or Experience : High School Diploma or Equivalent. Minimum of 2 to 4 years practical factory experience.
  • Language Skills : Communicate verbally and / or in writing with other employees, other departments and supervision as to work in progress, problems and / or completion.
  • Mathematical Skills : Be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide basic numbers.
  • Reasoning Ability : Be able to identify work process problems and possible solutions.
  • Certificates / Licenses / Registrations : Forklift Operator License.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
  • Ability to utilize hand / eye coordination.
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Communication skills.
