ECOM Dropship Coordinator

Responsibilities :

  • Provide a world-class level of customer service to teammates and scheels.com customers
  • Strong grasp of Scheels OMS functions and reporting
  • Learning basic EDI documentation and managing / understanding backend software structures
  • High-level attention to detail and regular input for accurate product data
  • Garnerning vendor support for all brand / products assets from images, to copy, to product
  • Daily monitoring of vendor / brand marketing efforts to support competitive pricing for Scheels, and understanding / supporting the invoice process
  • Execute projects to routinely complete the task ahead of schedule, and update over an system's lifespan
  • Understanding of scheels.com order fulfillment processes and logistics / supply chain systems
  • Learn the ability to be organized and seamlessly handle several projects and tasks and work at "the Scheels pace"
  • Ability to work independently and with the team, becoming more and more self-managed
  • Strong initiative for continuous improvement

    • Education & Experience :

  • Ideal candidate will have an interest in obtaining an Associate's Degree in Marketing, Merchandising, or related field
  • Retail experience is beneficial, but not required

    • Physical Requirements / Lifting Requirements :

    Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push / pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Heavy work Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
