We offer attractive sign-on bonuses for eligible full-time positions : $7,500 for Direct Care Respiratory Therapists with one year of experience (or $5,000 for those with less than one year). Additionally, we provide $1,800 in tax-free student loan repayment annually and relocation assistance for those moving to South Carolina.

Accountabilities

Supervisory / Management Responsibility

This is a non-management role reporting to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.

Minimum Requirements

Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy or eligible for licensure in South Carolina. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.

Required Certifications / Registrations / Licenses

Licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in South Carolina or eligibility for licensure is required. BLS certification is mandatory, and NBRC credentials must be maintained. Candidates hired after June 2016 must pass specified exams within six months of graduation.

NRP and PALS certifications are required prior to working independently in the NICU and PICU.

Other Required Skills and Experience

Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
