Data Entry Clerk
Under supervision, processes data entry transactions and performs other clerical duties as requested.
Responsibilities
- Performs data entry processes into a database
- Performs assigned tasks and projects
- Processes special and recurring reports and administrative records
- Verifies and corrects information, codes and account numbers as necessary
- In addition to the above, provides direction and delegates work to lower level staff
- Ensures complete and accurate data entries into system
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or comparable work experienceEntry level positionsLead role requires several years of related experienceMicrosoft Office Suite and Database SystemsKnowledge of privacy laws and regulationsKnowledge of customer service concepts and practicesKnowledge of basic systems as neededSkill in operating a ten-key calculatorSkill in oral and written communicationSkill in operating a personal computer utilizing a variety of software applications, including databaseGood organizational skillsPhysical Demands
