Schedule Details / Additional Information :

Self-Scheduled

Shift : 3rd Shift (7pm-7 : 30am)

FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)

Work Schedule : 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays every 6 weeks, 1 Weekend every 6 weeks, and 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter)

RNs are trained in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and cross-trained to be Charge RN

Float Pool Registered Nurse - ED Boarding, Med / Surg, ICU - Night Shift

Seeking a dynamic night shift role with diverse challenges? In our Internal Float Pool, you’ll rotate across various units such as ED Boarding, Med / Surg, Telemetry, and ICU at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. Each shift presents new opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

What You'll Do :

Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment

Quickly adapt to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence

What We're Looking For :

Experience : Minimum 18 months in Med / Surg or Telemetry RN (2 years preferred)

Flexibility : Availability to meet the 6-week schedule requirements

Training & Skills :

RNs will be trained in :

ACLS

NIHSS

IV Ultrasound

Charge Nurse cross-training
