Senior Accountant

Vaco is seeking a Senior Accountant for a growing organization located in Mesa, AZ.

Responsibilities include :

Oversees and reviews financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper reporting.

Manages month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.

Provides financial analysis and supports decision-making by identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.

3+ years of experience as a senior accountant.

Strong analytical skills and someone who can help with process improvement.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP is preferred.

During training (3-6 months), the role will be onsite 5 days a week, After the training period, the schedule can move to 1-2 days from home.

Salary $100k-$115k annually
