About the Role

Consumer services industry client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their warm and collaborative team. This position is full-time and onsite, with the potential for a permanent offer for the right individual.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and timely payments.
• Reconcile statements and resolve any discrepancies with vendors.
• Support month-end close activities and provide documentation as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Compensation

$26 - $32 per hour DOE
