Quality Assurance OPWDD Specialist (ID# 4719)

Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance OPWDD Specialist for a non-profit organization to manage compliance, and quality improvement across our programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with all OPWDD, city, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct unannounced site visits, audits, and investigations.
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain and update OPWDD's IRMA system and internal tracking databases.
• Support quality improvement projects, staff training, and satisfaction surveys.
• Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
